Vittoria Air-Liner Protect Tyre Insert

Ride protected and ride fearlessly with the Vittoria Air-Liner Protect. Designed for enduro, downhill and e-bike applications, this is the lightest tyre insert in its category, delivering maximum protection without affecting rolling resistance.

Constructed from high-density polymer foam and featuring an innovative “T” shape design, Air-Liner Protect enhances shock absorption while forming a protective barrier between the rim and tyre. It helps prevent punctures, sidewall slashes and pinch flats, while improving lateral stability and bead retention in aggressive riding conditions.

Unlike the previous Air-Liner MTB, Air-Liner Protect comes as a complete loop, eliminating the need for cutting and joining during installation.

Enduro Version
Made with lighter density foam for optimal shock absorption and improved handling.
Available in 27.5” and 29”.

Downhill Version
Features higher density foam engineered to withstand extreme impacts and high-speed descents.
Available in 27.5” and 29”.

E-Bike Version
Specifically designed to handle the added weight and torque of electric mountain bikes. Lightweight (140g for 27.5” and 145g for 29”), compatible with 2.4”–2.6” tyre widths, and built to maintain optimal tyre pressure and ride quality.
Available in 27.5” and 29”.

All versions are compatible with tubeless setups only and must be used with multiway tubeless valves.
