3. Products & Services

We sell:

Pre-built wheels
Custom-built wheels made to customer specifications

All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith. Minor variations in appearance, weight, or finish may occur due to the nature of wheel building and manufacturing tolerances.

4. Custom-Built Wheels

Custom-built wheels are built to the specifications selected by the customer at the time of ordering.

By placing a custom wheel order, you confirm that:

The specifications selected are correct and suitable for your intended use
You have checked compatibility with your bike, frame, drivetrain, brakes, and tyres
You understand that custom-built wheels are made specifically for you

Custom-built wheels are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where the product is faulty or not as described, in accordance with consumer law.

We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incompatible specifications chosen by the customer.

5. Pre-Built Wheels

Pre-built wheels may be returned in accordance with our Returns Policy, provided they are unused, undamaged, and returned within the stated timeframe.

Once a pre-built wheel has been installed, ridden, or modified, it is considered used and may not be eligible for return.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated and include VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to:

Correct pricing errors
Update prices without prior notice
Cancel orders where pricing or product information is incorrect

Payment must be received in full before orders are processed or dispatched.

7. Lead Times & Availability

Lead times for custom-built wheels are estimates only and may vary depending on component availability, workload, and supply chain factors.

We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including supplier delays or courier disruption.

8. Shipping & Risk

Shipping terms, costs, and delivery information are detailed in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon dispatch, unless otherwise required by law.

9. Warranty & Liability

We warrant that our wheels are built with reasonable care and skill.

This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, crashes, accidents, or improper installation
Damage resulting from incorrect specification choices
Modifications or repairs carried out by third parties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of our products.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded under law.

10. Product Use & Safety

Cycling is an inherently risky activity. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

Ensure wheels are correctly installed by a competent person
Regularly inspect wheels for wear or damage
Use products only for their intended purpose

We recommend professional installation and routine maintenance.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

12. Privacy

Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal data.

13. Changes to These Terms
