Chris Mehlman at the Taurus Mountain Race 2026

This week Chris Mehlman is taking on the Taurus Mountain Race in Turkey, a huge endurance challenge covering 1,460km with over 35,000m of elevation, through the Antalya mountains, running from 14th October.  

This event will test both rider and equipment, Chris has opted for the hand-built Pacenti C-XC-G 25 wheels with a SON Hub in the front and Pacenti hub in the rear for this particular challenge.

With a demanding race ahead, it’s a big adventure, and we’ll be following Chris’s progress as he takes on the route.

Karen headed to the New Forest

Closer to home, Karen Allen took her Pacenti C-XC-G 25 wheels built into her Gravel bike, to the New Forest for a ride on the local trails.

It’s great to see our wheels being ridden in all sorts of settings, from competitive racing to exploring the trails. 

SEPTEMBER 11 

Glorious Gravel Sherwood Pines 

Meanwhile, Charlotte and Harry headed to Glorious Gravel's Sherwood Pines race for a competitive day of gravel racing, they took on a 4-lap race on a 13km gravel circuit. 

Both riders opted for DAO Carbon 40 wheels, putting them to the test across the event. 

They both competed in the 19-39 age group category, with Charlotte finishing 3rd and Harry securing 25th place in a competitive field. 

It was a great outing for both riders and another opportunity to show off their DAO Carbon 40s on a tough course.
